TM — Team Melodies
Clear Terms. Creative Freedom.
These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for using the Team Melodies website, accessing our content, submitting artist applications and enquiring about events.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Team Melodies website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
02. About Team Melodies
Team Melodies provides music-related content and may offer artist collaboration opportunities, live-show information and related services. The availability of any particular service depends on the current website features and individual project arrangements.
03. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Submit malicious files, spam or deliberately false information.
- Impersonate another person or submit documents you are not authorised to share.
- Copy, republish or commercially exploit website content without permission where permission is required.
04. Music, Videos and Intellectual Property
Music, recordings, videos, artwork, logos, written content and other materials published by Team Melodies may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
Unless permission or a licence says otherwise, you may view and share publicly available content through authorised platform features for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, alter, sell or commercially use protected material without the necessary rights or permission.
Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners.
05. Artist Collaboration Applications
Artists must provide accurate information and submit performance material they are authorised to share. Application requirements may include contact details, musical experience, performance links and identity verification.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
- Selection depends on the project's needs and the team's review.
- Submitting a video does not transfer ownership of your work to Team Melodies.
- Do not send confidential or unnecessary personal information through public links.
- Any selected project should have its scope, compensation, credits, rights and release conditions agreed in writing.
Any reward, payment, recording opportunity, film-song opportunity or worldwide release depends on selection, project availability and the relevant written agreement.
06. User-Submitted Content
You remain responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe another person's rights, violate the law or contain material you are not authorised to share.
By submitting material for review, you permit Team Melodies to access and review it for the stated application or enquiry purpose. Any wider use, publication, promotion, recording or commercial exploitation should be separately authorised in writing.
07. Live Shows and Event Enquiries
Event enquiries are requests for discussion and do not themselves confirm a booking. Event dates, artist availability, fees, travel, equipment, performance duration, cancellation terms and other requirements must be confirmed separately.
An event is confirmed only after the relevant details and arrangements have been accepted by the parties through an appropriate confirmation or agreement.
08. Ticket Sales, Payments and Refunds
Ticket booking and online payment features may be introduced or updated separately. Ticket prices, availability, payment methods, booking confirmation, entry requirements and refund conditions should be displayed at checkout or in the applicable event policy when ticket sales become operational.
A payment is not considered confirmed merely because a user starts checkout or submits payment details. Booking confirmation depends on the actual payment system and successful verification.
Event-specific cancellation, postponement and refund rules will be set out in the applicable Ticket Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy and/or event terms.
09. Third-Party Platforms
The website may link to third-party platforms, including video-hosting services, social networks and payment providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. Team Melodies does not control third-party systems or their independent practices.
10. Privacy
Information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before submitting personal information or identity documents.
11. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to keep the website available and information reasonably accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page, link or feature will always be error-free.
Website content is provided for general information. Specific services, artist engagements and events may be subject to separate arrangements and confirmation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Team Melodies is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised third-party platforms, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or a user's misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the website, services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and the updated terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are subject to applicable laws. Any governing-law or jurisdiction requirements should be confirmed for the operating entity and its actual business arrangements before this policy is finalised. Nothing here removes any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
